The problem

The same products the field force sells into shops also need to reach people directly — for a customer base with a wide spread of device quality, data cost sensitivity and comfort with apps.

What I built

A category-led browse rather than a search-led one, because search assumes you already know the product name. Big product cards, a persistent location selector at the top, and a four-item bottom bar — nothing hidden behind a menu.

A live delivery timer with a real countdown, because the most common support question in this category is “where is it”. Answering it in the product removes the call.

High-contrast text, generous touch targets, and a catalogue that reads from the same source as the sales system, so pricing and availability cannot diverge between the two audiences.
